Returning Items for a Refund

Under distance selling regulations, customers have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing or by email within this 14‑day period.

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost and return of cancelled orders.

If a product is returned not in a fully resaleable condition, or if the packaging is damaged, this may be considered a breach of statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. In such cases, we reserve the right to claim the cost of any reduction in value. This does not affect statutory rights.

The item must be in perfect condition, complete with original packaging and any included promotional items. Refunds are issued using the original form of payment.

Exchanging an Item

If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition and complete with its original packaging.

Please return the item to our returns department. Once received, a replacement item will be sent. Timescales depend on available stock.

Refunding Delivery Costs

When refunding delivery costs, only the basic delivery charge is refunded. Enhanced delivery options chosen by the customer, such as express delivery, are not refunded. This is in line with current regulations.

Customer Responsibility for Returns

Except when returning faulty goods, the cost and responsibility for returning an item for exchange or refund lies with the customer.

For orders collected in‑store, the store returns policy applies.

A unique blend to improve general health and well-being with L-Tyrosine being the active ingredient used to produce the neurotransmitter Serotonin. Serotonin is considered to be a natural mood stabilizer. It can help towards providing a more focused, less anxious and more confident feeling. Free from restricted or forbidden ingredients making them completely ‘competition safe’. They are made from raw self-preserving ingredients so they do not need any preservatives, chemicals or fillers.

Cool Bites™ contain Molasses so if your horse has EMS, Laminitis, is sensitive to sugar or needs a closely controlled diet we do not recommend feeding on a regular basis or in lLarge quantities. All of our Cool Bites™ are handmade so may differ slightly in size from batch to batch.
