Returns For A Refund
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14days of reciept of your goods ( with the exempton of the items listed below* )
You do nopt need to give us any reason for the cancelled orders however you will need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order either in writing or by email within the 14days and return the items in resaleable condition within 28days of purchase . The customer is responsable for the costs and return of the canceled order.
If the product is returned not in a fully resalable condition or if the packaging is damaged we may deem this to be a breech of your statory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your posseion and we reserve the right to claim against you the cost of the reduction in value . This does not effect your statutoury rights.
Resalable condition
The item must be in perfect condition complete with original packaging and if applicable any promotional items . please note refunds will made using the original form of payment.

Exchanging a Item
If you wish toexchange a item for another in our range you can do so be notify us within 14 days, the item must be in perfect condition and complete with packaging please send back to our returns departmet and we will on reciept of your item for exchange send out your replacment item the time scale for which will be dependant on available stock.

Except in the returns of faulty goods returning a order for exchange or return is the responsability and cost of the customer .
