We will aim to get any orders placed over the Christmas And New Year period shipped to you as soon as possible.
Orders placed between 12noon on Monday 23rd December- Thursday 26th December will be shipped on Friday 27th December
Orders Place between 12noon on Monday 30th December -1st January Will be shipped on Thursday 2nd January
Please remember Our Couriers are closed on various days over Christmas and New Years so deliveries may take longer

Our Website is stocked linked to our shop, and in stock means the product is in stock at our store ready to be picked and packed and shipped to you as soon as you place your order. On the rare occasion, our stock levels are wrong we will telephone or email you as soon as possible.

UK Orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day whenever possible, orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next possible working day

You Can also pay online and collect your order from our Devon store in Newton Abbot TQ12 1TG during our usual opening times free of charge please wait for your e-receipt before traveling. You will need to bring your order confirmation and proof of identification.
We aim to deliver your order within the indicative timescales shown on our website. References to "working day" shall mean any day of the week excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. However, time is not of the essence for delivery or performance and all delivery dates specified on our website and in any correspondence are estimates only. This means that we will not be responsible if Goods are delivered outside those times and we will not be liable for the consequences of any delay. If we are unable to deliver tyour order within the indicated timescale, we shall use reasonable efforts to inform you. In the rare case your parcel goes missing please let us know as soon as possible but we are unable to process claims for 10 working days.
