Returning Items For A Refund:
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
You do not need to give us any reason for the cancelled orders, however, you will need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order either in writing or by email within 14 days and return the items in resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the costs and return of the cancelled order.
If the product is returned not in a fully resalable condition or if the packaging is damaged we may deem this to be a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and we reserve the right to claim against you the cost of the reduction in value. This does not affect your statutory rights. The item must be in perfect condition complete with original packaging and if applicable any promotional items. Please note refunds will be made using the original form of payment.
Exchanging an item:
If you wish to exchange an item for another in our range you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. Please return the item to our returns department and we will on receipt of your item send the replacement item. The time scale for this will be dependent on available stock.
When Refunding the cost of delivery to you (the Customer) only the basic cost of delivery will be refunded. This means enhanced delivery options chosen by the customer e.g Express delivery will not be refunded this is in line with current regulations.
Except in the return of faulty goods, returning an order for exchange or return is the responsibility and cost of the customer.
