Returning Items for a Refund

Under distance selling regulations, customers have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing or by email within this 14‑day period.

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost and return of cancelled orders.

If a product is returned not in a fully resaleable condition, or if the packaging is damaged, this may be considered a breach of statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. In such cases, we reserve the right to claim the cost of any reduction in value. This does not affect statutory rights.

The item must be in perfect condition, complete with original packaging and any included promotional items. Refunds are issued using the original form of payment.

Exchanging an Item

If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition and complete with its original packaging.

Please return the item to our returns department. Once received, a replacement item will be sent. Timescales depend on available stock.

Refunding Delivery Costs

When refunding delivery costs, only the basic delivery charge is refunded. Enhanced delivery options chosen by the customer, such as express delivery, are not refunded. This is in line with current regulations.

Customer Responsibility for Returns

Except when returning faulty goods, the cost and responsibility for returning an item for exchange or refund lies with the customer.

They come with two sets of interchangeable decorative panels: a plain option and a sparkle pewter option. Crafted for support and comfort across all equestrian disciplines, these boots feature high-grade, durable elastic calf gussets that provide a snug fit, along with streamlined, seamless elasticated front ankle lacing.
The durable YKK zipper extends from the back of the heel to the top of the calf, positioned behind the knee. A concealed zip keeper and a sturdy zip puller make it easy to put the boots on and take them off. Integrated spur rests are located on either side of the heel, ensuring functionality while riding.
The X-Grip rubber sole offers non-slip traction in all weather conditions, with a carefully designed linear tread pattern that enhances grip on the stirrup footplate. Inside, a comfortable footbed provides ample support and stability, while a breathable mesh lining ensures all-day comfort for busy feet and legs.

•To expand the lifespan of the zippers they need to be cleaned regularly with a small brush
