With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Under distance selling regulations, customers have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing or by email within this 14‑day period.
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost and return of cancelled orders.
If a product is returned not in a fully resaleable condition, or if the packaging is damaged, this may be considered a breach of statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. In such cases, we reserve the right to claim the cost of any reduction in value. This does not affect statutory rights.
The item must be in perfect condition, complete with original packaging and any included promotional items. Refunds are issued using the original form of payment.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition and complete with its original packaging.
Please return the item to our returns department. Once received, a replacement item will be sent. Timescales depend on available stock.
When refunding delivery costs, only the basic delivery charge is refunded. Enhanced delivery options chosen by the customer, such as express delivery, are not refunded. This is in line with current regulations.
Except when returning faulty goods, the cost and responsibility for returning an item for exchange or refund lies with the customer.

Shapley’s No 2 Heavy Oil is a rich deep conditioning oil that can be used either hot or cold as a great intensive treatment to add needed oils back to your horse’s skin, coat, mane, and tail. Shapley’s Heavy Oil will add shine back to dried and damaged skin and hair while softening and adding vitality.
A wonderfully deep conditioner Shapley’s No2 Heavy Oil is ideal to use when your horse or Pony has dry and brittle hair or after body clipping to help combat dry itchy skin and dandruff. Professional grooms love using the No2 Heavy oil after body clipping to remove dandruff, remove loose hair and restore the coat to it’s natural color. Pour into a spray bottle and apply evenly and lightly over the horse's coat after clipping, put a rug over them (one you don’t mind a little oil on ) and leave so the horse's body heat will help condition the hair.
You Can apply Shapley’s No2 Heavy oil by hand, towel, or placing in a spray bottle and the oil can be used heated or just out of the bottle. To heat simply place the bottle in a bucket of hot water making sure the oil is not hot enough to burn the horse, heat oil works best to deep condition the tail. You can also add a little no2 oil to your rinse water when bathing your horse.
