Returning Items for a Refund

Under distance selling regulations, customers have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing or by email within this 14‑day period.

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost and return of cancelled orders.

If a product is returned not in a fully resaleable condition, or if the packaging is damaged, this may be considered a breach of statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. In such cases, we reserve the right to claim the cost of any reduction in value. This does not affect statutory rights.

The item must be in perfect condition, complete with original packaging and any included promotional items. Refunds are issued using the original form of payment.

Exchanging an Item

If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition and complete with its original packaging.

Please return the item to our returns department. Once received, a replacement item will be sent. Timescales depend on available stock.

Refunding Delivery Costs

When refunding delivery costs, only the basic delivery charge is refunded. Enhanced delivery options chosen by the customer, such as express delivery, are not refunded. This is in line with current regulations.

Customer Responsibility for Returns

Except when returning faulty goods, the cost and responsibility for returning an item for exchange or refund lies with the customer.

The LeMieux Camo Shower-Tek Fly Rug has durable, waterproof top section protects against rain scald and UV sun bleaching. Its lightweight micro mesh serves as a barrier against flies and bugs while promoting airflow. Additionally, an extended, shaped belly flap maximizes coverage and features a three-strap closure with a detachable central strap that helps the rug self-right.
The design includes a registered angled front fastening system that evenly distributes pressure to prevent rubbing on the shoulder and across the chest. A two-part patented lower skirt system offers a break in the hemline, relieving tension and allowing for a greater range of movement.
This hybrid fly rug also provides UV protection with a rating of 85%. Key features include a waterproof top section, water-reactive camouflage print, 600 Denier Diamond Ripstop material, breathable lower mesh, a self-righting three-way belly closure, an independent lower skirt, and a detachable neck.
