With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Under distance selling regulations, customers have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing or by email within this 14‑day period.
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost and return of cancelled orders.
If a product is returned not in a fully resaleable condition, or if the packaging is damaged, this may be considered a breach of statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. In such cases, we reserve the right to claim the cost of any reduction in value. This does not affect statutory rights.
The item must be in perfect condition, complete with original packaging and any included promotional items. Refunds are issued using the original form of payment.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition and complete with its original packaging.
Please return the item to our returns department. Once received, a replacement item will be sent. Timescales depend on available stock.
When refunding delivery costs, only the basic delivery charge is refunded. Enhanced delivery options chosen by the customer, such as express delivery, are not refunded. This is in line with current regulations.
Except when returning faulty goods, the cost and responsibility for returning an item for exchange or refund lies with the customer.
For orders collected in‑store, the store returns policy applies.
